2. Information we collect

Account data: username, email, password hash, nationality, date of birth (where provided), and profile preferences.

Academy data: match history, SGF uploads, review jobs, puzzle progress, video activity, ratings, comments, and usage of Academy features such as Arena, Quick practice, Review, Live, and Video.

Payment-related data: transaction references, purchase amounts, and payment status from our payment partners (we do not store full card numbers).

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, cookies, and security logs.

3. How we use information

To provide and operate the game service, process purchases, prevent fraud, improve features, send service emails (verification, password reset), and comply with law.

We may use aggregated, anonymised statistics for analytics and service improvement.

4. Sharing

We share payment-related data with CommercePay for web checkout and with Apple or Google for in-app purchases, as needed to complete transactions. We also use infrastructure providers to host and operate the service.

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and our rights.

5. Retention & security

We retain account and transaction records as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data; no online system is 100% secure.

6. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting mail@evogo.ai.

You may close your account by contacting support. Some records may be retained where required by law.
