These Terms govern your use of EvoGO.ai (https://evogo.ai), an online Go learning service operated as EvoGO Academy. By registering or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
EvoGO.ai provides EvoGO Academy services, including Go (Weiqi) Arena play, Quick practice, AI Review (复盘), Live learning, Video lessons, comments, GO balance, and Academy Pro access.
The service is offered digitally over the internet. No physical goods are shipped unless explicitly stated.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraud.
3. Digital access, GO & payments
Academy Pro, GO balance, Review credits or access, Live access, Video access, and other digital entitlements have no real-world cash value outside the platform except as stated in our Refund Policy.
Prices are displayed at checkout. Web checkout is processed by CommercePay where available. App purchases may be processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Successful payment credits your account according to the product description.
4. Acceptable use
Do not cheat, harass other users, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer the service, or use bots except where expressly permitted.
User-generated content (e.g. chat) must comply with applicable law. We may remove content and take action on violations.
5. Intellectual property
The service, artwork, software, lessons, analysis flows, and branding are owned by EvoGO.ai or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the service for personal learning and entertainment.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific AI analysis outcomes, or ranking accuracy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
7. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
You agree that the courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the service, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence where applicable.
8. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be posted on https://evogo.ai. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
